This page says what the platform does with the information you give it, in plain terms.
What we collect
The email address and password you register with (or the name and email Google shares, if you sign in with Google), the learner's name, age, gender, nationality and country, why they are studying, and an optional phone number. Payments are taken by our payment provider; we store the amount, the currency and the provider's reference, never your card. When you join a lesson, we keep when you joined and left, and the device and network details our video provider reports, which only the school sees.
What we use it for
Running your lessons: booking them, telling you about them, showing the teacher who is attending, and marking homework. We do not sell it and we do not send marketing.
Recordings and files
Lessons are recorded and the recording is kept in the school's own storage. Only you, your teacher and the school can play it, through a link that expires within the hour. Homework files are private to you and the teacher who set the work.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of your account, and we will act on it. Contact support and we will answer.
